In The Media: Sleep Awareness Week 2016

For Sleep Awareness Week this year (Monday, 4th July – Sunday, 10th July), Dr Levi worked with The Sleep Health Foundation to promote the importance of getting enough sleep, with poor sleeping habits significantly affecting our health. With over 1.2 million Australians suffering from sleep disorders, the focus this year was on raising awareness on a common sleep disorder – obstructive sleep apnoea or OSA.

In correlation with Sleep Awareness Week and Reliance Sleep Study Clinic, Dr Levi made an appearance on 92.5 ABC Central Coast radio, The Starfm 104.5 breakfast team and the Express Advocated to promote the importance of getting enough sleep. Check it out below.
